Healthcare technology continues to advance at remarkable rates. The use of technical knowledge in the field of devices, medicines, vaccines, procedures and systems to improve the quality of life is called as Health care technology. This knowledge includes pharmaceuticals, devices, procedures and organizational systems used in health care. The assessment of the technology is very important as it is helpful in finding out about the efficacy, cost, safety, feasibility. The assessment is used to explore the various reasons for adopting a new technology.
